Shipping

We ship as promptly as we can after receiving your order. Often this is same day packing and shipping Monday – Friday, but orders placed after midday are more likely to be next business day.

We can only ship after your payment has cleared in our bank account, and use Courier Post overnight courier to non rural NZ addresses.

NZ Rural addresses may take up to 3 working days.

You will receive a NZ Couriers Tracking number by email once your order has been packed. If you wish to track the parcel, you may do so by visiting the NZ Couriers website.

Please let us know if shipping is taking longer than expected. Not many parcels go astray, but very occasionally one does & we are very happy to follow up for you.

Should your parcel not be signed for and be returned to the depot – you will have two weeks to claim it or it will be returned to us. If we have to re-send the parcel because it was not collected at the depot, we will expect you to pay for the re-send.

If we mislabel your parcel and it does not reach you for this reason, we will replace the order.

If you have given the incorrect delivery address and the parcel goes missing (and is not returned to us), we are not responsible for replacing the item(s).

If you opt to allow the parcel to be left without a signature, and the parcel goes missing from your property after the courier has left it, TN Marketing Limited (trading as Baliba) does not take responsibility for the parcel being replaced. We will make this clear at the time of sending your parcel.

Should your product be damaged when it arrives, please let us know as soon as pssible, including pictures of both the outer carton and the product itself so we can make a claim. We will replace or refund per New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, reagrdless of the country of delivery.
